Enjoy satisfying pieces more casually
Our sushi is characterized by “komashari,” smaller portions of rice that are easy to eat. We focus on achieving the perfect balance—easy to enjoy while still delivering a satisfying experience. The red vinegar-seasoned rice enhances the natural umami of the fresh fish, leaving a clean and light aftertaste. We never compromise on sourcing, offering only ingredients we are confident in. In addition, all sushi can be enjoyed casually starting from 330 yen (tax included) per plate for 2 pieces.

A Seasonal Plate Reflecting the Finest Flavors
At “Sushi no Suke,” we carefully select the most delicious ingredients of each season and present their peak flavors in every dish. In addition to sashimi, we offer a wide variety of dishes such as grilled, fried, and simmered items, each prepared to suit the ingredient. As the menu changes depending on the season and daily sourcing, one of the charms is discovering new flavors with every visit. Alongside authentic sushi, take your time to enjoy the seasonal delicacies available only on that day.

A Carefully Selected Drink to Enhance the Aftertaste of Nigiri
We offer a wide selection of local Japanese sake to complement the flavors of our sushi. As the lineup changes depending on the season and sourcing, one of the highlights is discovering new tastes with each visit. In addition to sake, we also serve classic options such as beer and highballs, allowing you to enjoy perfect pairings with nigiri based on your mood. Whether for a casual drink after work or a relaxed evening, it’s highly recommended.
